{"id":8649,"date":"2021-01-21T12:20:00","date_gmt":"2021-01-21T11:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/2021.nationalpark-unteres-odertal.de\/presseerklaerung\/press-release-1-2020\/"},"modified":"2021-01-21T12:20:00","modified_gmt":"2021-01-21T11:20:00","slug":"press-release-1-2020","status":"publish","type":"presseerklaerung","link":"https:\/\/www.nationalpark-unteres-odertal.de\/en\/press-release\/press-release-1-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"Press release 1\/2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Forced to contradict<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On Novem\u00adber 10, 2020, the Asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion of Friends of the Ger\u00adman-Pol\u00adish Euro\u00adpean Nation\u00adal Park Unteres Oder\u00adtal eV (Nation\u00adal Park Asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion) lodged an objec\u00adtion to the Land Reor\u00adga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtion Plan, South I, at the State Office for Rur\u00adal Devel\u00adop\u00adment, Agri\u00adcul\u00adture and Land Man\u00adage\u00adment (LELF) in due form and in due time. The land con\u00adsol\u00adi\u00adda\u00adtion plan is clear\u00adly unlaw\u00adful, uncon\u00adsti\u00adtu\u00adtion\u00adal and immoral and vio\u00adlates the nation\u00adal park association\u2019s rights. The Nation\u00adal Park Asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion was forced to take this step because the State Office for Land Reor\u00adga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtion has not yet respond\u00aded to the association\u2019s jus\u00adti\u00adfied requests for changes. The objec\u00adtion is now processed and decid\u00aded by the state office, lat\u00ader by the high\u00adest land reor\u00adga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtion author\u00adi\u00adty, the Min\u00adistry of Agri\u00adcul\u00adture. This deci\u00adsion can then be sued at the High\u00ader Admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtive Court in Berlin \/ Bran\u00adden\u00adburg. In addi\u00adtion to the Nation\u00adal Park Asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion, fur\u00adther con\u00adtra\u00addic\u00adtions from the group of par\u00adtic\u00adi\u00adpants in the land reor\u00adga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtion are to be expected.<\/p>\n<p>The main rea\u00adson for the objec\u00adtion for the Nation\u00adal Park Asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion is the attempt by the State Office \u2014 with\u00adout ques\u00adtion on the instruc\u00adtions of the then Min\u00adis\u00adter of Agri\u00adcul\u00adture \u2014 to instruct the Nation\u00adal Park Asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion pre\u00addom\u00adi\u00adnant\u00adly in the eco\u00adnom\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly com\u00adplete\u00adly worth\u00adless and nature con\u00adser\u00adva\u00adtion-relat\u00aded total reserves (Zones Ia and b), but the State of Bran\u00adden\u00adburg itself as a pri\u00ador\u00adi\u00adty Zone II, which is eco\u00adnom\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly and in terms of nature con\u00adser\u00adva\u00adtion inter\u00adest\u00ading, in which farm\u00ading can con\u00adtin\u00adue and which is also intend\u00aded to serve the pro\u00adtec\u00adtion of biotopes and species. In doing so, the Min\u00adistry of Agri\u00adcul\u00adture, accord\u00ading to its own writ\u00adten state\u00adment, want\u00aded to ruin the unpop\u00adu\u00adlar Nation\u00adal Park Asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion eco\u00adnom\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly and deprive it of any design options in the Nation\u00adal Park. The Nation\u00adal Park Asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion, on the oth\u00ader hand, calls for its areas and exchange areas to be assigned pri\u00ador\u00adi\u00adty to Zone II (around 5,000&nbsp;hectares, half of the Nation\u00adal Park), and also to the areas of the core area of the large-scale nature con\u00adser\u00adva\u00adtion project that are out\u00adside the nation\u00adal park and that are as com\u00adplete\u00adly closed as pos\u00adsi\u00adble the Nation\u00adal Park Asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion is oblig\u00aded to acquire. If there are still exchange areas of the Nation\u00adal Park Asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion, the Asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion is of course ready to take over Zone I areas (total reserves).<\/p>\n<p>As part of the land con\u00adsol\u00adi\u00adda\u00adtion and the free trans\u00adfer of fed\u00ader\u00adal land for nature con\u00adser\u00adva\u00adtion pur\u00adpos\u00ades in the process area of land con\u00adsol\u00adi\u00adda\u00adtion, the state of Bran\u00adden\u00adburg has mas\u00adsive\u00adly stocked up with areas that are com\u00adplete\u00adly suf\u00adfi\u00adcient to trans\u00adfer the entire reserve areas (zone Ia and b) into state own\u00ader\u00adship.
