\n\tWaste of tax mon\u00adey over the \u201cwilder\u00adness lab\u00ado\u00adra\u00adto\u00adry\u201d in the nation\u00adal park center<\/strong><\/p>\n

On Sep\u00adtem\u00adber 30, 2014, at the request of Head of Admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion Tre\u00adichel, the employ\u00adees of the Nation\u00adal Park Admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion have to move out of their beau\u00adti\u00adful, mod\u00adern, large and bright work\u00adrooms in the east\u00adern exten\u00adsion of the Criewen Cas\u00adtle, ini\u00adtial\u00adly in tight tem\u00adpo\u00adrary arrange\u00adments. The expan\u00adsion of small office space above the so-called \u201cwilder\u00adness lab\u00ado\u00adra\u00adto\u00adry\u201d in the nation\u00adal park cen\u00adter was not fin\u00adished in time, and the Bran\u00adden\u00adburg State Office for Envi\u00adron\u00adment, Health and Con\u00adsumer Pro\u00adtec\u00adtion had already ter\u00admi\u00adnat\u00aded the office space in the east\u00adern exten\u00adsion of the cas\u00adtle, which was built espe\u00adcial\u00adly for the employ\u00adees of the nation\u00adal park admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion, and want\u00aded to do so Can\u00adcel\u00adla\u00adtion, as offered by Inter\u00adna\u00adtion\u00adal\u00adpark Unteres Oder\u00adtal GmbH, also can\u00adnot be withdrawn.<\/p>\n

The month\u00adly rent and oper\u00adat\u00ading costs for the sev\u00aden office rooms (approx. 183 square meters) amount\u00aded to approx. 1,880.00 \u20ac for the nation\u00adal park admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion. The con\u00adstruc\u00adtion of sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant\u00adly less and small\u00ader office space above the so-called \u201cwilder\u00adness lab\u00ado\u00adra\u00adto\u00adry\u201d costs the Bran\u00adden\u00adburg tax\u00adpay\u00ader, accord\u00ading to the Bran\u00adden\u00adburg state gov\u00adern\u00adment, at least \u20ac 600,000. That amounts to a waste of tax\u00adpay\u00aders\u2019 mon\u00adey ear\u00admarked for nature con\u00adser\u00adva\u00adtion, because it means that the nation\u00adal park admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion would have at least 25 years in exist\u00ading, nicer and bright rooms for the mon\u00adey it now has to raise for the new con\u00adstruc\u00adtion of sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant\u00adly small\u00ader and poor\u00ader office space can work. In addi\u00adtion, the state admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion has to pay sub\u00adstan\u00adtial sums of mon\u00adey to the Bran\u00adden\u00adburg State Office for Real Estate and Con\u00adstruc\u00adtion (BLB) every month for the main\u00adte\u00adnance and man\u00adage\u00adment of the rooms.<\/p>\n

In the MOZ on March 15\/16, 2014, Head of Admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion Tre\u00adichel lit\u00ader\u00adal\u00adly described the real jus\u00adti\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion for mov\u00ading out of the nation\u00adal park admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion as fol\u00adlows: \u201cFor the nation\u00adal park admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion, it is increas\u00ading\u00adly unbear\u00adable to work togeth\u00ader under one roof with an asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion that does not meet the objec\u00adtives of the nation\u00adal park sup\u00adport\u00aded and even torpedoed. \u201d<\/p>\n

The rea\u00adson is of course non\u00adsense, because the Asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion of Friends of the Ger\u00adman-Pol\u00adish Euro\u00adpean Nation\u00adal Park Unteres Oder\u00adtal e. V. uses only two of the castle\u2019s 24 rooms, the rest are used by the Inter\u00adna\u00adtion\u00adal\u00adpark Unteres Oder\u00adtal GmbH and the Bran\u00adden\u00adburg Acad\u00ade\u00admy, which actu\u00adal\u00adly have no rea\u00adson to growl.<\/p>\n

Now the par\u00adlia\u00admen\u00adtary group of B\u00fcnd\u00adnis 90 \/ Die Gr\u00fc\u00adnen in the Bran\u00adden\u00adburg state par\u00adlia\u00adment has put a minor ques\u00adtion no. 3639, (Land\u00adtag print\u00aded mat\u00adter 5\/9253). As a rea\u00adson for the sur\u00adpris\u00ading move, the state gov\u00adern\u00adment does not name the rea\u00adsons giv\u00aden by Tre\u00adichel, but an alleged duty of care for the employ\u00adees of the nation\u00adal park admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion who pre\u00advi\u00adous\u00adly worked in the east\u00adern exten\u00adsion: There would be mois\u00adture dam\u00adage in the base\u00adment of the build\u00ading, so that the employ\u00adees of the Nation\u00adal park admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion could not be expect\u00aded. But that is com\u00adplete\u00adly beside the point, because the east\u00adern exten\u00adsion, in which the employ\u00adees of the nation\u00adal park admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion worked so far, has no damp\u00adness or mois\u00adture dam\u00adage at all. These only exist in the neigh\u00adbor\u00ading  bicen\u00adten\u00adni\u00adal cas\u00adtle. They still come from the con\u00adstruc\u00adtion and ren\u00ado\u00adva\u00adtion phase, for which the state build\u00ading author\u00adi\u00adty is respon\u00adsi\u00adble. For years, the ten\u00adant has been demand\u00ading from the land\u00adlord, the Min\u00adistry for the Envi\u00adron\u00adment, Health and Con\u00adsumer Pro\u00adtec\u00adtion of the State of Bran\u00adden\u00adburg, the repair of the dam\u00adage, which is increas\u00ading by doing noth\u00ading, with\u00adout any suc\u00adcess. The alleged mois\u00adture dam\u00adage is there\u00adfore not a good rea\u00adson for the forced depar\u00adture of the employ\u00adees of the nation\u00adal park admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion from the rooms of the east\u00adern extension.<\/p>\n
