\n In the MOZ (Jan\u00adu\u00adary 4\/5, 2014), Mr Diet\u00adrich tried to resolve the cur\u00adrent\u00adly pend\u00ading dis\u00adputes between the Asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion of Friends of the Ger\u00adman-Pol\u00adish Euro\u00adpean Nation\u00adal Park Unteres Oder\u00adtal e. V. (Nation\u00adal Park Asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion) and the State of Bran\u00adden\u00adburg to list and present. He has not spo\u00adken to the club before\u00adhand. Its pre\u00adsen\u00adta\u00adtion is there\u00adfore short\u00adened, not under\u00adstand\u00adable and also not cor\u00adrect. The High\u00ader Admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtive Court was of the opin\u00adion that the asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion could be expect\u00aded to wait for the main pro\u00adceed\u00adings and until then to accept the pro\u00advi\u00adsion\u00adal assign\u00adment of pos\u00adses\u00adsion. In the opin\u00adion of the asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion, the funds raised by the asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion 20 years ago should not be repaid. The admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtive court in Pots\u00addam sup\u00adport\u00aded the legal posi\u00adtion of the asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion and stat\u00aded that the annu\u00adal proof of use was suf\u00adfi\u00adcient, a final proof of use is no longer required. The High\u00ader Admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtive Court, on the oth\u00ader hand, said that cit\u00adi\u00adzens and tax\u00adpay\u00aders were enti\u00adtled to a final report, but the State of Bran\u00adden\u00adburg could only request one to the extent that the Nation\u00adal Park Asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion would have to pro\u00advide it. And so it was quick\u00adly agreed before the High\u00ader Admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtive Court that the asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion would deliv\u00ader a final report, but only with\u00adin the scope of its pos\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adties, i.e. essen\u00adtial\u00adly in the sum\u00adma\u00adry of the annu\u00adal proof of use. In our opin\u00adion, every\u00adthing could have been done ear\u00adli\u00ader and less complicated.<\/p>\n \t4. Club goals<\/strong><\/p>\n \n Since it was found\u00aded in 1992, the Nation\u00adal Park Asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion has always been com\u00admit\u00adted to the same goals as part of its civic engage\u00adment, for nature con\u00adser\u00adva\u00adtion, eco\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal agri\u00adcul\u00adture, envi\u00adron\u00admen\u00adtal edu\u00adca\u00adtion and nature research. It is also good for the free and hap\u00adpy bovines and healthy for the consumers.<\/p>\n Nobody can blame the Nation\u00adal Park Asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion for secur\u00ading their eco\u00adnom\u00adic exis\u00adtence and abil\u00adi\u00adty to work inde\u00adpen\u00addent\u00adly for 13 years with\u00adout fund\u00ading, cre\u00adat\u00ading jobs and pur\u00adsu\u00ading their goals inde\u00adpen\u00addent\u00adly. Fund\u00ading should always only be a boost to financ\u00ading, some\u00adthing that would also be desired from oth\u00ader sub\u00adsidy recipients.<\/p>\n The asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion is still very inter\u00adest\u00aded in real\u00adiz\u00ading its four above-men\u00adtioned asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion goals in the nation\u00adal park.
