V., the chair\u00adman of the board, Thomas Berg, explained, among oth\u00ader things, the following:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n \u201cThe past year 2010 was a par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar\u00adly suc\u00adcess\u00adful one for our Nation\u00adal Park Asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion. He was able to acquire 20&nbsp;hectares of agri\u00adcul\u00adtur\u00adal land and is still very inter\u00adest\u00aded in buy\u00ading more land in the nation\u00adal park region. The resources required for this are available.<\/p>\n<p>\n In addi\u00adtion, the asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion estab\u00adlished itself as a suc\u00adcess\u00adful part-time farmer in 2010, where it can\u00adnot find a com\u00adpe\u00adtent part\u00adner for its nature con\u00adser\u00adva\u00adtion work. But that only affect\u00aded one large com\u00adpa\u00adny in the south. Oth\u00ader\u00adwise, the asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion sticks to its strat\u00ade\u00adgy of leas\u00ading its land to local farm\u00aders sub\u00adject to nature con\u00adser\u00adva\u00adtion require\u00adments. All attempts by the allied large agrar\u00adi\u00adans to pre\u00advent the asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion from acquir\u00ading land with a con\u00adstruct\u00aded right of first refusal failed short\u00adly before Christ\u00admas before the Frank\u00adfurt \/ Oder region\u00adal court. In this con\u00adtext, we refer to our press release 01\/2011 of Jan\u00adu\u00adary 4th,&nbsp;2011.<\/p>\n<p>\n The co\u00f6per\u00ada\u00adtion with the nation\u00adal park admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion is pos\u00adi\u00adtive. After the hedge project on the areas of the old Criewen estate had been joint\u00adly suc\u00adcess\u00adful, it has now been pos\u00adsi\u00adble to obtain fund\u00ading for the con\u00adstruc\u00adtion of wells in order to be able to graze the valu\u00adable dry grass\u00adland with sheep and goats. The for\u00adest con\u00adver\u00adsion in Zone Ib areas also went smooth\u00adly. The fees already paid for the water and soil asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtions for des\u00adig\u00adnat\u00aded total reserves (Zone Ia) have actu\u00adal\u00adly been reim\u00adbursed to us after a long and com\u00adpli\u00adcat\u00aded appli\u00adca\u00adtion process in accor\u00addance with the Bran\u00adden\u00adburg Water Act (Bbg\u00adWG). We want a sim\u00adple and fair pro\u00adce\u00addure with a fixed pay\u00adment claim, but no pay\u00adments to us as sup\u00adpli\u00adcants, which are then approved or not accord\u00ading to good behav\u00adior and cash sit\u00adu\u00ada\u00adtion. The three plan-request dates with the three plan\u00adning offices com\u00admis\u00adsioned by the land con\u00adsol\u00adi\u00adda\u00adtion author\u00adi\u00adty also went properly.<\/p>\n<p>\n How\u00adev\u00ader, the dis\u00adtri\u00adb\u00adu\u00adtion of the club and state areas to Zone I and Zone II has not yet been clar\u00adi\u00adfied. After the nego\u00adti\u00ada\u00adtions were bro\u00adken off by the old gov\u00adern\u00adment in June 2009, we now assume that the land reor\u00adga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtion author\u00adi\u00adty will com\u00adply with the clear legal sit\u00adu\u00ada\u00adtion will decide. Oth\u00ader\u00adwise we reserve the right to take fur\u00adther legal action; four more are already pend\u00ading in court, and one more is also fore\u00adsee\u00adable because of a \u201cfinal use cer\u00adtifi\u00adcate\u201d required by the min\u00adistry (MUGV), for which there is no legal&nbsp;basis.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n For the com\u00ading year, the asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion wish\u00ades that bison be kept on the edge of the nation\u00adal park. This only sur\u00adviv\u00ading Euro\u00adpean wild cat\u00adtle has belonged to the region for thou\u00adsands of years and fits in well with a nation\u00adal park. The bison can of course only be kept in a large gate.
