V. (Asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion) on Jan\u00adu\u00adary 13, 2010, the chair\u00adman of the asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion, Thomas Berg, stat\u00aded, among oth\u00ader things:<\/p>\n \n 1. \u201cTogeth\u00ader with the Chi\u00adnese we cel\u00ade\u00adbrat\u00aded 2009 as the year of the buf\u00adfa\u00adlo. As a result of our work, there are 35 water buf\u00adfa\u00adlos in the Friedrich\u00adsthaler Pold\u00ader (5\/6) in win\u00adter and in the Fid\u00addi\u00adchow\u00ader Pold\u00ader (10) in sum\u00admer, most of them pri\u00advate\u00adly acquired by a Gartzer farmer. The Euro\u00adpean water buf\u00adfa\u00adlo is a live\u00adstock that is adapt\u00aded to moist biotopes and is also fond of reeds, rush\u00ades and sedges, is hardy and, with good care, tame. We see the water buf\u00adfa\u00adlo as an ide\u00adal con\u00adnec\u00adtion between agri\u00adcul\u00adture and nature con\u00adser\u00adva\u00adtion, and the buf\u00adfa\u00adlo is also a tourist attrac\u00adtion. The water buf\u00adfa\u00adlo is both a farm cat\u00adtle and a land\u00adscape con\u00adser\u00adva\u00adtion\u00adist. We strong\u00adly sup\u00adport the ini\u00adtia\u00adtive of a pri\u00advate farmer and hope for imitators.<\/p>\n \n 2. The year 2010 is now the year of the aurochs or its back\u00adcross\u00ading, the tail cat\u00adtle, because what has been exter\u00admi\u00adnat\u00aded will not actu\u00adal\u00adly come back. A full shot in the oven, how\u00adev\u00ader, was the pre\u00adlim\u00adi\u00adnary brief\u00ading of the asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion in total reserves, announced by Mr. Tre\u00adichel in the sum\u00admer of 2009, espe\u00adcial\u00adly in the so-called Gatow\u00ader wet\u00adlands (approx. 80 hectares). The respon\u00adsi\u00adble office for land con\u00adsol\u00adi\u00adda\u00adtion (LVLF) has made it clear that such an approach is legal\u00adly unten\u00adable. Now, as can be heard from the LVLF, the head of admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion is urg\u00ading the asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion to be com\u00adplete\u00adly incor\u00adpo\u00adrat\u00aded into the Fid\u00addi\u00adchow\u00ader Pold\u00ader (10) with a size of around 1,773 hectares. This also con\u00adtra\u00addicts the spir\u00adit and the let\u00adter of the order res\u00ado\u00adlu\u00adtion from the year 2000 for land reor\u00adga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtion by the same min\u00adistry. A lot of time, mon\u00adey and ener\u00adgy is wast\u00aded here. This co\u00f6per\u00ada\u00adtion should be con\u00adtin\u00adued and expanded.<\/p>\n \n 5. This will not rule out one or the oth\u00ader dis\u00adpute on the mat\u00adter, for exam\u00adple because of the traf\u00adfic safe\u00adty oblig\u00ada\u00adtions: On offi\u00adcial\u00adly des\u00adig\u00adnat\u00aded hik\u00ading trails, the landown\u00ader must ensure that vis\u00adi\u00adtors are not harmed through gross neg\u00adli\u00adgence, for exam\u00adple through falling branch\u00ades or trees. There\u00adfore, dead wood stand\u00ading to the right and left of the path has to be laid flat, even if this is regret\u00adtable from an eco\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal point of view and con\u00adtra\u00addicts the idea of a total reserve. It will now appear in 2010, prob\u00ada\u00adbly in Jan\u00adu\u00adary or Feb\u00adru\u00adary.
