{"id":8747,"date":"2008-01-17T14:45:00","date_gmt":"2008-01-17T13:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/2021.nationalpark-unteres-odertal.de\/presseerklaerung\/press-release-01-2008\/"},"modified":"2008-01-17T14:45:00","modified_gmt":"2008-01-17T13:45:00","slug":"press-release-01-2008","status":"publish","type":"presseerklaerung","link":"https:\/\/www.nationalpark-unteres-odertal.de\/en\/press-release\/press-release-01-2008\/","title":{"rendered":"Press release 01\/2008"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n\t<strong>At the annu\u00adal press con\u00adfer\u00adence of the Asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion of Friends of the Ger\u00adman-Pol\u00adish Euro\u00adpean Nation\u00adal Park Unteres Oder\u00adtal eV on Thurs\u00adday, Jan\u00adu\u00adary 17th, 2008, the chair\u00adman of the board, Thomas Berg, stat\u00aded, among oth\u00ader things:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n 1. \u201cLast year, our sup\u00adport asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion was able to put nature con\u00adser\u00adva\u00adtion in gen\u00ader\u00adal and the large fed\u00ader\u00adal nature con\u00adser\u00adva\u00adtion project super\u00advised by the asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion in a good posi\u00adtion for the com\u00ading dis\u00adputes and deci\u00adsions. The com\u00adpa\u00adny land con\u00adsol\u00adi\u00adda\u00adtion pro\u00adce\u00addure ordered by the state in 2000 has so far pumped many mil\u00adlions of euros into road con\u00adstruc\u00adtion in the region, but has not yet rearranged any parcels. How\u00adev\u00ader, it can\u00adnot be ruled out that this might suc\u00adceed in the next few years, at least for indi\u00advid\u00adual parcels. The asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion will ensure that the inter\u00adests of nature con\u00adser\u00adva\u00adtion do not come under the wheels.<\/p>\n<p>\n 2. About the sys\u00adtem of water and soil asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtions, which have pre\u00advi\u00adous\u00adly been financed through the munic\u00adi\u00adpal\u00adi\u00adties, which in turn get back the mon\u00adey plus admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtive sur\u00adcharge as fees from the landown\u00aders accord\u00ading to the size of their land\u00aded prop\u00ader\u00adty, it is still under dis\u00adcus\u00adsion whether its injus\u00adtice, which is unique in Ger\u00admany, the Bran\u00adden\u00adburg Water Act, which is sup\u00adposed to lead to improve\u00adments here, but has not yet been passed. As the own\u00ader of total reser\u00adva\u00adtions that exclude any human use, the devel\u00adop\u00adment asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion is not pre\u00adpared to pay fees which ulti\u00admate\u00adly vio\u00adlate the spir\u00adit and let\u00adter of the Nation\u00adal Park Act and the pold\u00aders in the Nation\u00adal Park are drained. We expect the state of Bran\u00adden\u00adburg to have a clear, eas\u00adi\u00adly man\u00adage\u00adable legal sit\u00adu\u00ada\u00adtion at no cost to the landown\u00ader, espe\u00adcial\u00adly for unused nature con\u00adser\u00adva\u00adtion areas. Before the admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtive courts in Pots\u00addam and Frank\u00adfurt \/ O. the asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion has won all the pro\u00adceed\u00adings that it had to lead to its own regret against the munic\u00adi\u00adpal\u00adi\u00adties or offices in order to bring about a clar\u00adi\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion. The fee notices of the offices for the water and soil asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtions all turned out to be ille\u00adgal. Basi\u00adcal\u00adly, how\u00adev\u00ader, the asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion and the munic\u00adi\u00adpal\u00adi\u00adties have the same inter\u00adests and expect the Bran\u00adden\u00adburg state gov\u00adern\u00adment to find a just, sen\u00adsi\u00adble and prac\u00adti\u00adca\u00adble solution.<\/p>\n<p>\n 3. The pro\u00admo\u00adtion and encour\u00adage\u00adment of organ\u00adic agri\u00adcul\u00adture in the nation\u00adal park region were the focus of atten\u00adtion and com\u00admit\u00adment of the asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion in 2007. In the new year 2008 the main aim is to get the teach\u00aders and stu\u00addents in the region more inter\u00adest\u00aded in nature con\u00adser\u00adva\u00adtion in gen\u00ader\u00adal and the nation\u00adal park in par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar. To this end, an event is being pre\u00adpared for all biol\u00ado\u00adgy and geog\u00adra\u00adphy teach\u00aders at the region\u00adal high schools. So while 2007 was main\u00adly focused on organ\u00adic agri\u00adcul\u00adture, 2008 is all about region\u00adal envi\u00adron\u00admen\u00adtal education.<\/p>\n<p>\n 4. Of course, the tried and test\u00aded excur\u00adsion pro\u00adgram, for which 204 par\u00adtic\u00adi\u00adpants came togeth\u00ader on 13 excur\u00adsions last year, will be con\u00adtin\u00adued in 2008; the new pro\u00adgram will be pub\u00adlished in the spring of this&nbsp;year.<\/p>\n<p>\n 5. With the amend\u00adment of the Nation\u00adal Park Act of 2006 and the entry into force of the Hunt\u00ading and Fish\u00ading Ordi\u00adnance in 2007, the legal frame\u00adwork con\u00addi\u00adtions of the Nation\u00adal Park are set for the time being and are bind\u00ading for every\u00adone, includ\u00ading our asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion. We will use the lee\u00adway set there\u00adin and are also pre\u00adpared to par\u00adtic\u00adi\u00adpate in the legal\u00adly required nation\u00adal park plan as the largest land own\u00ader in the nation\u00adal park, of course on the basis of the main\u00adte\u00adnance and devel\u00adop\u00adment plan that is still bind\u00ading for&nbsp;us.<\/p>\n<p>\n 6. The asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion will con\u00adtin\u00adue to cam\u00adpaign mas\u00adsive\u00adly against unfor\u00adgiv\u00adable eco\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal sins, for exam\u00adple against the ear\u00adly pump\u00ading out of wet pold\u00aders in the nation\u00adal park, against the still sprawl\u00ading garbage dump near Friedrich\u00adsthal and against new wind farms in eco\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly sen\u00adsi\u00adtive areas, such as in Gro\u00df Pin\u00adnow, as well as against eco\u00adnom\u00adic ones \u2014 and land\u00adscape frag\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion that is non\u00adsen\u00adsi\u00adcal in terms of trans\u00adport pol\u00adi\u00adcy, such as the re-rout\u00ading of the B 166 to Poland or against the widen\u00ading and deep\u00aden\u00ading of the Hohen\u00adsaat\u00aden-Friedrich\u00adsthaler water\u00adway between Schwedt and the West\u00adoder, for which there is no eco\u00adnom\u00adic need. Last but not least, a thor\u00adough analy\u00adsis by the Tech\u00adni\u00adcal Uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty of Berlin in 2007 made it clear that the trans\u00adport infra\u00adstruc\u00adture for the east\u00adern Uck\u00ader\u00admark is more than suf\u00adfi\u00adcient. The load on the road net\u00adwork in the Uck\u00ader\u00admark will tend to decrease fur\u00adther in the future due to the decline in population.<\/p>\n<p>\n 7. Of course, the asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion will con\u00adtin\u00adue to pur\u00adchase areas in the nation\u00adal park region with\u00adin the scope of its funds. In 2007 he was able to buy a total of 58.1179&nbsp;hectares.
