Indeed, lit\u00adtle has hap\u00adpened here. The min\u00adis\u00adters respon\u00adsi\u00adble in the past have crim\u00adi\u00adnal\u00adly neglect\u00aded the state\u2019s nation\u00adal park project and con\u00adfined them\u00adselves to hold\u00ading the asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion respon\u00adsi\u00adble for the state government\u2019s pre\u00advi\u00adous\u00adly failed nation\u00adal park pol\u00adi\u00adcy. The dia\u00adlogue, which is offered and encour\u00adaged by the friends\u2019 asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion, has been reg\u00adu\u00adlar\u00adly reject\u00aded since 1999. Such a pol\u00adi\u00adcy of refusal to talk leads to a dead end and an inabil\u00adi\u00adty to act. Our offer to talk is still available.<\/p>\n<p>\n Nev\u00ader\u00adthe\u00adless, the demands of Fed\u00ader\u00adal Envi\u00adron\u00adment Min\u00adis\u00adter Trit\u00adtin in Pots\u00addam should be tak\u00aden seri\u00adous\u00adly. The most impor\u00adtant of these are list\u00aded again&nbsp;below:<\/p>\n<p>\n The quotes all come from the 1992 grant notice from the Bran\u00adden\u00adburg Ministry.<\/p>\n<p>\n 1. \u201cThe state gov\u00adern\u00adment under\u00adtakes to des\u00adig\u00adnate half of the areas of the nation\u00adal park as pro\u00adtec\u00adtion zone I in the core area by Decem\u00adber 31, 2010.\u201d So far, how\u00adev\u00ader, not 50%, but only 15% of the nation\u00adal park area has been des\u00adig\u00adnat\u00aded as a total reserve. The des\u00adig\u00adna\u00adtion of fur\u00adther areas is blocked in par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar by the Swedish mem\u00adber of the state par\u00adlia\u00adment, Bischoff (SPD).<\/p>\n<p>\n 2. \u201cHunt\u00ading and fish\u00ading are to be stopped.\u201d So far there is still a lack of a fish\u00ading con\u00adcept that would stop fish\u00ading on at least 50% of the area, at least after a tran\u00adsi\u00adtion period.<\/p>\n<p>\n 3. \u201cIn the core area, fish\u00ading is to be exclud\u00aded in future.\u201d So far there is still no con\u00adcept for anglers that excludes the use of angling on at least 50% of the area and lim\u00adits the time and space in the rest of the nation\u00adal park. A con\u00adcept for fish\u00ading and angling was devel\u00adoped by the nation\u00adal park admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion and repeat\u00aded\u00adly watered down in the search for com\u00adpro\u00admis\u00ades, but it is blocked by Bischoff in particular.<\/p>\n<p>\n 4. \u201cThe state has com\u00admit\u00adted itself to\u201d large\u00adly reduc\u00ading the main\u00adte\u00adnance of the water bod\u00adies in the nation\u00adal park and adapt\u00ading them to nature con\u00adser\u00adva\u00adtion goals. \u201d So far, how\u00adev\u00ader, water man\u00adage\u00adment in the nation\u00adal park has been con\u00adtin\u00adued as&nbsp;ever.<\/p>\n<p>\n 5. In addi\u00adtion, the state has under\u00adtak\u00aden to des\u00adig\u00adnate the entire core area as nature con\u00adser\u00adva\u00adtion areas and to con\u00advert the arable land into grass\u00adland in the course of the project fund\u00ading. The entire south of the area has not yet been des\u00adig\u00adnat\u00aded as a nation\u00adal park or a nature reserve. The arable land there has not yet been con\u00advert\u00aded into grass\u00adland, nor is it at least tem\u00adporar\u00adi\u00adly man\u00adaged organ\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly, as promised<\/p>\n<p>\n Fur\u00adther exam\u00adples could be giv\u00aden. The Bran\u00adden\u00adburg state gov\u00adern\u00adment still has a lot to do to meet the com\u00admit\u00adments made to the fed\u00ader\u00adal gov\u00adern\u00adment at the time.
